To create a new image gallery on your site:
1) First, create the gallery and upload images.
- Click “Gallery” on your Dashboard’s main menu
- Click “Add Gallery / Images”
- Type the name of your new gallery in the space and click “Add Gallery”
- Click the “Upload Images” tab at the top of the page
- Browse on your computer to find your images, select the gallery in which you want to place them, and click upload images
2) Second, create a new page and display your gallery on that page
- Click “Pages” > “Add New” on your main Dashboard menu.
- Give your page a title, and add any page content, tags, or categories you desire
- To display a gallery, click the NextGen insert button:
- A box will pop up – select your gallery from the drop down menu, select Image List to display a gallery or Slideshow to display a slide show, and then click “Insert”
- Click “Publish” to publish the page. Your new page and gallery will now be visible.
3) You can also manage your new gallery (rearrange photos, exclude photos, resize thumbnails, etc) by going to “Gallery” > “Manage Gallery” on your Dashboard’s main menu.
